Diamond Polishing Suspension
Maimet offers two types of diamonds: monocrystalline and polycrystalline.
Monocrystalline diamond suspension: Most commonly used is monocrystalline.Monocrystalline diamond is made of a single crystal structure, very blocky and strong. This type of diamond provides a high removal rate.
Polycrystalline diamond suspension: Polycrystalline Diamond is made of multi-faceted crystallites. This type of diamond has a high removal rate with minimal scratch depth.It is typically used on hard-to-polish materials such as ceramics, tool steels, and super alloys.
